Refund policy

Returns must be lodged within 10 days of receiving your order.  We will offer credits or exchanges for full priced items that are in original condition.  

Refunds or credits are offered if the purchase is faulty.

A return address will be given to you when you email hello@thepixiepatch.com.au with your order number and your reason for return.

Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
